We bought our first jeep from Cody Blevins. I had the best experience. Cody came with us on the test drive and explained so much to us as we were driving. Things I didn’t even notice he was able to point out. When I arrived to pick it up he got in and spent at least 45 minutes with me again going over everything and answering my questions. I am in Love with my new Jeep 🫶🏻

I’m going to leave 5 stars. I have been a long time customer of Blevins, and always recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I won’t go into to much detail, however recently I have some issues with my truck that were covered under the Lifetime Power Train Warranty. There were some issues down the road that would require parts to be replaced again. At first I was told the said parts were fine and did not need changing. I disagreed so pressed the issue. I called around to inquire if my notion of failed parts was correct, all answered were, yes the part is bad. I called Potsdam Blevins and unexpectedly spoke with Scott Kennedy. Scott called me back not long after our conversation and told me to bring the truck on and the necessary repairs would be completed. I dropped the truck off the next morning, and picked it that afternoon. I would say there must have been some miscommunication, or something along those lines within the service department at the Massena location. In summary, although there were some bumps along the way, I am pleased with the outcome, and I will 100% continue doing business with Blevins, and continue recommending them to others!

this particular visit I needed an oil change, tire check and inflate and inspection On my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. And I called in the last minute, I was going away for the weekend, was pleased they took my vehicle in the next day. The service department and employees are great. They let me know some maintenance that would be needed down the road and gave me instructions that were very helpful and quotes. I trust this dealership. And was pleased with this visit.

Michael Murphy- any issues I’ve ever had were resolved promptly, the techs know their stuff on vehicles, appointments next week out which is really quick for a dealership. Great people to work with if you’re looking for a new vehicle. A huge plus about this place is their lifetime power train warranty, anytime I get a vehicle from them.

The people at Blevins are nice to work with they take the extra time to make sure that you’re vehicle is working right before they let you have it back They communicate with you as to what needs to be fixed and how much it will cost All in all they are very good with their costumer’s and communicate well with what is going on

Truck went in for an oil change and inspection. They ended up having to replace a front wheel bearing. Had it all done same day

They got my car in on short notice. The guys in the service dept were friendly and professional. It's a welcoming atmosphere that you don't get at all shops. I will go back.

Adrianna facilitated my purchase within one day! Not even, a few hours! It was a smooth and quick process, I had two price reductions during my sale. Kayla was so helpful also and was so patient with me! Overall, great experience!

My experience with Brian was awesome! The deals blevins offers is the reason we're a continued customer. Lifetime oil changes and inspections are our favorite deals.

Took mom's car in for its annual safety inspection. Although it failed, the folks at Blevins gave a detailed description of the structural problems and stated the car was not safe to drive. The honesty and professionalism of the staff was greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

Updated original 3 star rating to 5 stars. Experience there last 2 times were a much better experience than the first. Service manager suggested I get new cabin filter and air filter, and showed me what I "believed" were my old dirty filters. I took his word on it since the mileage and required maintenance schedule matched up. Not the happiest bunch, but I can look past that if quality and honesty continue to be priority.

I don't like to give bad reviews, so I will rate this one subpar. It started out well until they told me I needed 4 new tires and a brake job ($2600) on top of what I brought it in for. I declined. I was told to bring my truck back so they could re-torque the wheels they rotated when they aligned my front end and replaced my ball joints. When I took it in to be re-torqued, I asked them to fill my back tires because they had left them low. They said they will not fill the tires because one had a slit in it from driving it flat.(Never have I ever driven my truck on a flat tire, I have never had one) He got an attitude when I asked why didn't someone say I had a slit? I had just had it at Seaway Tire, and they never said anything about a slit. (Seaway doesn't deal with warranty work companies.) I'm almost certain the slit happened when they backed my driverside mirror into their wall (they replaced the mirror). Why didn't anyone tell me they were not going to air up my tires on the day of the repair?? Why wouldn't you tell someone that?

The service personnel were knowledgeable and friendly. Branden called the dealership who were to warranty the vehicle and took care of all the issues and repairs.

I love my car I bought but the service after the sale was not there. Brooke was helpful through out the sale in Potsdam. I had questions after and everything was not answered. I get my oil changes done in massena and that’s a great aspect.

I like dealing with smaller businesses because you get better service with them. This Blevins Motors is a cut above the rest. They were open, honest and worked with us to get just what we wanted. The best was putting everything on paper. They showed us line for line cost of everything, what they gave for a discount and, our trade in. We were very impressed, we never seen anything in writing before the contract. Most dealers tell you and after market ad ons and hide what the real price is. Not Blevins, they were upfront and honest.

Service and salesmanship were top notch at Blevins! The trade in and deal process was quick and easy and the values were great!

2008 truck and no hassle getting the recall done

I had a wonderful experience with getting my oil change scheduled and done. I went in Monday and was helped right away even though they were really busy got my apt for Tuesday 12/10/24 at 2pm. I showed up a little early on Tuesday they helped me right away and got my car right in for the oil change and I was on my way. It was covered under my warranty and I was on my way. Thank you to Brandon and his crew for the great service.

I am happy with the service I receive here at Blevins in Massena. Friendly staff that will answer any questions I may have. I am really glad we decided to purchase our vehicle here.

The dealership did what was required to get my truck repaired as soon as possible. They made a difficult situation tolerable. Unfortunately, the vehicle manufacturer Stellants (formerly Chrysler) is useless!
